Your role involves communicating with school representatives, coordinating meetings, disseminating information, and collecting their feedback. You won’t just promote our programs, but you’ll also maintain constant contact throughout the program to ensure smooth communication and successful outcomes.

Profile: We are seeking candidates committed for the long term, embodying our values of dedication, creativity, and empathy. The following skills and qualifications are required:

• Fluent bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent understanding of the French and Australian school systems.
• Exceptional ability to communicate warmly and empathetically, reassuring parents and participants.
• Flexibility to manage unforeseen situations, working closely with the team.
• Comfort with computer tools and ability to work remotely.
• Professional experience within a school or at the Alliance Française would be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with partner schools in France and Australia, particularly those with currently enrolled students.
• Provide marketing support to promote our programs.
• Ensure regular updates of marketing materials, whether printed or online.
• Recruit, train, and ensure compliance of AFX Ambassadors and School Representatives.
• Maintain an accurate database, updating school names and verifying content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and guide students and their parents in choosing the most suitable program for their aspirations.
• Provide attentive follow-up throughout the program’s duration, addressing questions and concerns.
• Collaborate with international partners to develop customized programs.
• Organize and lead orientation sessions for families, teachers, and students.
• Manage administrative aspects of the programs, including registrations and reports.

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in the field of language stays would be a valuable asset.
