Hosting dates: You will host the French correspondent from 28 June 2026 to 8 August 2026.
Departure dates: To be confirmed by March 2026. The group will depart Melbourne on 4 December 2026 and return six weeks later. Dates will be confirmed as soon as the flights are confirmed with the airline.

Pricing and Dates Clarification: Prices are based on 2024 rates. Final costs and dates will be determined by the end of March 2025, pending airfare confirmations. Minor adjustments may occur. Quotes are based on group dates, 6 week duration and Melbourne departure. Chaperones are only available for group dates and from Melbourne. Other cities will have chaperones if minimum numbers are met.

Program Inclusions

Chaperone service is available for All-Inclusive participants only and only on the 6-week group flight (Melbourne ⇄ Paris CDG).

For programs longer than 6 weeks, the chaperone is included on the outbound group flight only, not on the return.

Airport assistance includes support in Melbourne and Paris CDG during departures, arrivals, and transfers (up to 4 hours).

Travel Insurance Extras

AFX does not organise, manage, or take responsibility for extra insurance arrangements. Before upgrading your insurance, we recommend speaking with your host family about any planned activities (e.g., sports or adventure activities), as these may require additional cover.

“Emily in Paris” Theme Trip

Paris Add-On (4 Days / 3 Nights)

AFX is organising an optional “Emily in Paris” themed add-on for our participants:

4 days / 3 nights in Paris, featuring visits to many of the show’s most iconic locations and key Paris highlights.

This add-on is planned to run for 4 days from the group’s arrival in Paris, on the first weekend of December 2026.

Ski Trip

7-Night Add-On (All Levels Welcome)

AFX is organising an optional ski week add-on for our participants:

Designed as the perfect winter finale to the trip. Open to all levels — from first-timers to confident skiers — with the option to include lessons and suitable on-mountain experiences for beginners through to advanced.

TBC (to be confirmed once the final group dates are locked in). Planned for the final week of the group dates.
