    A chaperone will be available on the group departure from Melbourne and from other cities if available and if the minimum group numbers are met by October.

  • Transfer Assistance at the Airport (Melbourne or Perth) +

If your program starts and/or ends on the same date as our chaperoned group, you’re welcome to travel with them. The estimated group travel dates for 2025 include a stay in France from December 6, 2025, to January 17, 2026. Final group travel dates are typically confirmed by the airlines in April.

If you prefer to fly independently, you can arrive in France on any Saturday morning and must depart on a Saturday afternoon or evening. Please note the following restrictions that No arrivals or departures are allowed between December 22, 2025, and January 5, 2026.

There will always be a chaperone on group travel dates for flights from Melbourne to Paris and on the return journey to Melbourne. Chaperones from other cities will only be organized if sufficient numbers are reached, with confirmation in October.

For any flights outside the designated group travel dates, students will be flying individually.

Pricing and Dates Clarification: Prices are based on 2024 rates. Final costs and dates will be determined by the end of March 2025, pending airfare confirmations. Minor adjustments may occur. Quotes are based on group dates, 6 week duration and Melbourne departure. Chaperones are only available for group dates and from Melbourne. Other cities will have chaperones if minimum numbers are met.
